1961–1999

This townhouse, designed in 1922 by Julius Rolffs, was the headquarters of the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government from September 1949 to May 1950. In 1961, the edifice, which is located on Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, became the residence of the Egyptian ambassador.
